Andrew is a qualified personal trainer based in Merthyr Tydfil, offering online fitness coaching. He is dedicated to helping people build strength, improve confidence and make sustainable progress toward their fitness goals. His own passion for training gives him a real understanding of the challenges and rewards that come with an active lifestyle.
Alongside personal training, Andrew is also a qualified sports massage therapist. This additional skill allows him to better support clients with recovery, mobility and injury prevention, giving a more complete approach to both in-person training and online coaching.
Andrew believes that feeling good in your body is the foundation for performing well in the gym and in everyday life. His coaching reflects that: supportive, knowledgeable and focused on helping every client become stronger and more capable over time.
